  After enjoying this store for years my wife bought a new iPhone—but the sales guy neglected to tell her there were different price points with different levels of memory. He replaced her 4gb phone with the most expensive 256gb phone without telling her he was charging her $200 for the extra memory. When we went back, everyone agreed it was wrong, but no one would do anything about it. We called Customer "Care" where they talked a great game but slow-rolled us and never did what they said they would. Went back to Lorianne multiple times, she agreed it was wrong and said she would fix it but never followed through. It has been a nightmare where nobody has ever done what they say they will do.
