  This business cannot be trusted. My parents bought me a beautiful turquoise ring as a gift while they were on vacation. Fortunately, I saw a picture because otherwise I wouldn't ever have even gotten to see it. It needed to be sized which they said the artist needed to do & then they would ship it. The ring never arrived, and we were never able to even get Southwest Connection to send us a tracking number. A ridiculous number of phone calls (from multiple numbers, because they were avoiding us) later we were given the very hollow excuse that the package had been lost in shipment. They STILL wouldn't give us a tracking number which leaves me believing they never shipped the package at all. Terribly disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs.

  GOT A STERLING SILVER MEN'S RING HERE - ABSOLUTELY UNIQUE - WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER ONE LIKE MINE - EVER. SALESMAN PRESENTED IT TO ME. I SAID I REALLY LIKED IT BUT NOT AT "Plaza Prices" ~~ I G0T WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A REALLY SUPER GREAT PRICE. I WAS HAPPY, SALESMAN WAS HAPPY - NOW I'M GOING TO CALL AND NEGOTIATE ANOTHER MEN'S RING I SAW THERE TO PURCHASE. I H I G H L Y RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYONE. DO REMEMBER THAT IN SANTA FE, NEGOTIATION IS EXPECTED BY SELLERS. BUYERS - GET YOUR FEET WET IF YOU HAVE NEVER TRIED NEGOTIATING AN ITEM LESS THAN WHAT IS SHOWN. TRY NEGOTIATING ON YOUR NEXT SANTA FE PURCHASE - YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID !!!

  Sal has always treated us right and is knowledgeable of the items. Our parents introduced Sal to us so I guess that makes us a second generation purchasing with Sal. Plus Sal’s word has always been great & fair with us.
