  Terrible service they waited a week for them to tell me me refrigerator had arrived and that was after I called them. They gave me bad information saying I had to have panels fabricated for a Sub-zero refrigerator when they are clearly listed on Sub-Zero's web site. This cost me a second installation charge. I had to call them at least 6 or 7 times to get things right. The installer that they use, David Garcia, High Desert Installations, sent me a nasty email that he did not get his check on the 25th late in the afternoon, the check miraculously cleared my bank on the 26th. All in all the service was poor and all the people involved were downright rude. This is on an over $10,000 purchase. I expect better. I would use one of the other dealers in the area. If I could give them -20, I would. I would give the installer a -100 as he was a true jerk. Since posting this review I have received several Harassing emails from David Garcia of High Desert Installations, the installer that Sierra West uses. Lol. Seriously? What a clown. You received the best install available on that sub-zero. I have been super patient for 3+weeks, while you've "traveled" Then oddly enough the check returned to your mailbox. I still didnt make a big deal out of it. And now your being extremely rude to me for your goof up. After all the assisting Henry to make sure your side panels were correct, just as a favor. Ive only tried to help out the process from the beginning. And my 5 year warranty is null and void when someone else alters or moves the unit. This is all information I felt you should be aware of. So it'll be very easy to remove you from my contact list. This will be the last time I do contact you, and you can kindly lose my contact information as well. We try and weed out all the "VIP 1" clients as possible. That'd be you. You have a great rest of the weekend and take care.
