  I went on 11/28/2017 to pick up an online order. It was pretty much as usual. The cashier or other aid was not available after I checked in at club pickup. The items offered were damaged. If this had been a regular shopping trip, I would have exchanged the broken or damaged for non. I would recommend Sam's for convenience.

  NOT RECOMMENDED! Very rude automotive dept. Employee. We went there to buy a set of tires and the guy greeted us just fine, but as soon as we asked if we can buy tires, he very rudely said "nope, cant" "you'll have to come in two hours" I understand there are circumstancrs, but like really there are ways to talk to people.
