  Great watch battery replacement, but when I brought my watch in for a link repair, the repair lasted only 2 weeks before it was bent & breaking. When I brought the watch back, I was told that I must have done something to cause the damage. I would have been fine if they had told me that the repair hadn't worked & needed to be done again - but telling me it was my fault & leaving me with a broken watch that I spent $100 to repair was not the best approach. Took no responsibility for the fact that their repair didn't work & damaged the piece. :(
