  Orkin Pest Control Review I am a commercial customer with four large locations under contract with Orkin which I pay monthly, between $5,000 and $10,000 dollars a year all together. An account you would think they would want to keep happy. Well, I wish that were true. After several months without regular service despite our contacting them over and over to remedy the situation of no shows and site visits lacking mouse bait we finally ended up with a mouse infestation. We called again and insisted that they come and address the now serious problem. Well at least they showed up… without anything but a shirt and van that said Orkin. We had to go buy our own mouse bait because they said they were out and had been out for a long time. Kind of critical for a company to keep their primary products in stock one might think. We had to buy our own bait, fill the traps ourselves and do our own water traps, to eliminate the infestation from their lack of service. I am shocked that Orkin’s service was completely lacking and unprofessional. Not to mention that they are a national company treating their customer contracts which such huge disregard. As a result we had to give free rent compensation to our tenants on top of doing their job. So, the obvious choice is to go up the corporate ladder which I had my GM do. All the way to the regional division manager – Tamera in Arizona. She assured my GM she would call me. He spoke with her a couple of times and big surprise, NO Call from her EVER. I am currently shopping for other pest control companies. I highly suggest you do the same.
