  Disappointing experience at best! Ordered cuff links in November of 2016 and paid for them in full. Was told delivery would take approximately 4 months. Well I called two weeks ago after not hearing anything from at all since order placed and paid for. Was told they now had them ready well over a year later. I said I no longer wanted them based on the time elapsed and would prefer a credit which they said they would issue. Well guess what several phone calls later (none returned) and over 2 weeks later no credit has been issued. It is a shame as we have purchased belt buckles and belts in past and the product is stunning. Terrible customer service
