  Awful experience went in bought a PS4 pro when the employee suggested since they didn't have the bundle I wanted so he opened it and was going to trade out the game so I payed for it and proceeded to do what he says then at the end when he's trading the game asks for an id I only have a copy of it he s@ys he can't do it I remind u I still haven't even touched the PS4 at this time so I want my money back and all come back tomorrow he refused to refund me or let me take a sealed copy he opened it not I he should be responsible
