Two women were working at this establishment and were able to locate Cobalt pendant lights for us. However, they could not give us a quote at the time. They said that they would email us a quote. They never did. We have emailed them and asked for a quote but our email has received no replies. When we have tried to visit them but on the weekends, they appear to be closed. How do places like this stay in business?
