Steven Salemi is smart, and a computer expert, but he also grasps the total environment that is a computer and its users. And further, he tells it like it is. Some want to be mollycoddled. I know I do at times. Steven cuts right to it. He provides a BS free zone. He speaks with philosophy, intelligence, and heart. He cares. If your computer can be saved he will save it. If its done he will tell you straight up. He is actually fully motivated and genuinely enthusiastic to get you back up and running and to tell you the real story about where you are at, right from the start. I LOVE his special brand of truth telling. If you are strong, you will not only have your computer back and working fabulously, you will grow! Andrew Hunt
