Once he diagnosed the issue, both Frank & Will installed the replacement equipment the following day. Great customer service--& there is a year's warranty on their work so when I was having printer communication issues the following week, Will returned (NC) to correct that problem. Great & knowledgeable people to work with----definitely a "keeper" on my roll-a-Dex.
